The massive devastation which occurred at the Brazilian Manus port on the Rio Grande riverside on Oct 17^th doesn’t quite match the magnitude of the huge sinkhole that opened up in Guatemala recently, but clearly what Mother can do when she is upset as she dissolves everything in her path.

The 1,000 foot long earth fall seems to be Mother Earth’s way of teaching a lesson to workers who were using heavy machinery to build a ramp to connect the port to Rio Negro.

The new ramp was being built because the river level had dropped from 98 feet to 44 feet, taking its shore away from the port side.
