Barbie Man has 2,000 Barbies and 1,000 Kens lining the walls of this home and spends $30,000 a year adding to his very eclectic collection. His seven-bedroom home in Florida has become a tribute to the popular toy, taking up four rooms – including the bathroom.

He has 2,000 Barbies and 1,000 Ken dolls, which are worth up to $1,000.

He has also bought 3,000 Barbie outfits, including one by fashion designer Oscar de la Renta, as well as an airplane, motorcycle, limousine and camper van for the dolls.

The extensive collection includes everything from Barbie mouthwash and plasters to a Dream House, with working shower and lift, thought to be worth $1,000.

So when Ilona Szwarc got a chance to snap the seemingly endless parade of real-life girls and their versions of mini-me’s, she jumped at it.

Szwarc calls the project “American Girls,”and for more than two years she has worked on it, traveling across the country and photographing roughly 100 girls.

“I’ve noticed that girls do not really care as much about the books and stories that come with the dolls,” wrote Szwarc. “They are much more interested in clothes and accessories, so the educational message functions as a marketing tool for parents rather than as an inspiration for girls to learn.”

The one question Szwarc is repeatedly asked is why her subjects aren’t smiling. She said that was intentional.

Just so you know, most kids grow out of this cognitive stage by the age of 7…The rest end up working as judges.

Some call it fashion. Others call it appalling…I’m leaning towards the latter.

Two weeks ago, 10-year-old French model Thylane Loubry Blondeau made headlines when she graced the cover of Vogue France. Many believed her high-fashion posing put her in an exceptionally mature position that was too sexual for her age.

This week, clothing retailer American Eagle drew ire after marketing a push-up bra that promises to add two cup sizes to girls as young as 15.

“We don’t want kids to grow up too fast,” Shari Miles-Cohen, senior director of women’s programs for the American Psychological Association, told ABCNews.com earlier this month. “We want them to be able to develop physically, emotionally, psychologically and socially at appropriate rates for their age.”

The Teenage Stories series comes from the mind of German born Julia Fullerton-Batten which was awarded with the Applied Arts Photography Award in Toronto and second place in the Prix de la Photographie Paris .

These creative photos was completed without the use of Photoshop and when asked about the inspiration behind the series, this is what Julia said:

The idea was to create pictures that reflect my own meandering childhood memories of my sisters and me growing up in Pennsylvania and then in rural Germany. When I think back to how the three of us spent our time drifting through life I realize that the older we get the harder it is to spend time this way, every day seems to have an agenda, a set of objectives that must be achieved.

I wish there were giant bikini-clad ladies wandering around my city.

Artist Katie Alves takes famous Disney scenes and recreates them as eye shadow panoramas. Pretty cool artwork…but why does it seem like this chick’s eyebrow hairs grow backwards? This may have been a just a prank on some girl who passed out at a party. .. or someone with extreme patience.

Leave it to our friends in the land of the rising sun to make technology a fashion statement for your mouth. Japanese schoolgirls seem to be the driving force behind multicolored glowing LED lights that can easily be affixed to your teeth and glow different colors while you smile. The colors can be changed wirelessly through a computer interface. But of course they work best in the dark.

The new fashion accessories were originally created as an experiment by two Japanese designers and are now being used in a commercial advertising a winter sale at a Japanese clothing store, Laforet Harajuku. They are quickly becoming a sought after accessory.

I suggest NOT walking down a dark New York alley with one of these on, as you will most likely get your lights punched out.

Back in the day, before the rise of the almighty Facebook, cutting a picture of a fellow classmates head and taping onto the bottom half of a naked body would have got some laughs, maybe even a trip to the principal’s office. But they certainly wouldn’t lead to the culprits being arrested and charged.

The Lee County sheriff’s office charged Taylor Wynn, 16 and McKenzie Barker, 15, with cyberstalking after they created a Facebook page in the name of a fellow high school student and placing obscene photos on the page, including one showing their classmate’s head atop the body of a “nude prepubescent girl’s body,” according to investigators.

Next to the doctored photo, the girls added the comment “I am a member of the Itty Bitty Titty Comitty!! <3 (sic).”

Wynn told probers that a second girl, McKenzie Barker, 15, created the image showing the victim’s head atop the naked body. Wynn reportedly copped to placing a photo of an adult male’s erect penis “by the victim’s face,” while another one of the fake pages, which listed 181 friends, included an assortment of disparaging comments, including an “About Me” claim that, “As you may know, I am a huge whore. I love dick so much,” according to a sheriff’s report.

Police became involved after a sheriff assigned to the school was notified of the incident. After speaking with numerous students, he called the FBI’s Innocent Images Task Force in April.

Two weeks later, the sheriff received information that another Facebook account was created of the victim, with similar art.

While the girls claimed it was all just in good fun, the victim didn’t quite see it that way.

Even while facing charges, the alleged bullies seemed to have no regrets.

When asked by her mother, in front of police, what would possess her to do such a thing, Wynn reportedly replied, “Because nobody liked her.”

So does that make these girls sexual deviants? Are they required to register as sexual offenders? You just can’t fix STUPID.
