Made from cut foam, the chair is based on the original Space Invaders arcade game from the 1970s, and looks startlingly uncomfortable… However, it is sleek and sexy, and that could make all the difference.

Though not in production, this piece by Wear Dorthy absolutely should be…FINALLY something to do with space invaders and it looks like there’s a place to stash your beer.

According to Mr.Beam, all you need is some 3D mapping, a couple of projectors and an eye for design. That’s all it took to turn this all white room into a disco inferno.

We created a unique physical 3D video mapping experience by turning a white living room into a spacious 360° projection area. This technique allowed us to take control of all colors, patterns and textures of the furniture, wallpapers and carpet. All done with 2 projectors.
