Apparently somebody knows something we don’t know?

Those of you who lie awake nights worrying about a massive assault by the undead can rest a bit easier…because starting next month the military and law enforcement will be getting ready for the ‘big day’.

Security firm HALO Corp. announced yesterday that about 1,000 military personnel, police officials, medical experts and federal workers will learn the ins and outs of a zombie apocalypse, as part of an annual counter-terrorism summit.

The five-day San Diego summit will have them grappling with different “terrorist scenarios” on a 44-acre training site—from Mideast bombers to zombies.

The anti-zombie training was inspired by last year’s Centers for Disease Control campaign urging American to be ready for anything, from natural disasters to pandemics (even the brain-eating kind), and a similar campaign in Canada.

And, they thought they could fool us!
