Quadruple Pupil
Some would say this looks unpleasant…blah, I think it looks wicked-cool. They call it Plycoria, a pathological condition of the eye characterized by more than one pupil opening in the iris.
The ‘sun shaped’ outline you see is due to a penetrating keratoplasty, where essentially the damaged cornea was surgically replaced by donated corneal tissue…most likely from a recently deceased individual.
