Maleficent – Paper Mache Dragon Trophy Bust

Looks like I will be adding this to the ‘list of things I didn’t think I needed’… Say hello to a paper Mache bust of “Maleficent”, the dragon from Disney’s “Sleeping Beauty”.

Dan the Monster Man at Paper Mache Blog was commissioned to create this beast of a dragon trophy that is expected to sit atop a brick fireplace somewhere in France.

Using actual taxidermy elephant eyes, Dan fashioned a couple of slits for dragon pupils, then made them kind of frosted so you can’t see the l.e.d. lights…which run off a couple of AA batteries.
