Baby Red-bellied Short-necked Turtle

Who doesn’t love turtles? Native to Australia, the red-bellied short-necked turtle has often been said to be the most desirable turtles to keep if you fancy aquatic species.

Although they are mainly herbivores, the Emydura subglobosa will eat almost anything… worms, lean beef (cheeseburger), chicken (strips) livers/hearts, fish, Trout Chow, as well as the occasional piece of banana.

Red bellies are great swimmers, too, so it’s a good idea to provide them with deep waters.

Must have one $22.95.
