This has to be one of the greatest ideas since sliced bread…fancy a swim? Just step out onto the balcony of your 37th floor condo and jump in.
Expected to be completed this year, the Aquaria Grande, a 37-story residential skyscraper in Mumbai, India, will have a feature like no other condo in the world… glass swimming pools on your balcony right outside you apartment.
Designed by James Law Cybertecture, this distinctive project includes two 37 storeys soaring residential towers, a fully facilities equipped clubhouse, a sustainable podium garden and an enormous car park, which will create a novel and slightly luxury lifestyle to the Borivali district.

Yeah. Nice designs, but not realistic
You nearly sold me out on this, I really thought these were real. I simply thought having our swimming pool having a glass pool fencing from Perth was cool and advanced but then I saw this. Awesome designs and ideas though, good work.
Wow – I would love to live and that building
Future owners will be very lucky to have the greatest swimming pools of them all. I am still thinking though it it would be scary or not to see the whole city from above while you swim.
It is a very modern transcend concept. Even in New York, I have not seen anything quite like it. But in the middle east, they are plotting a similar concept. This is luxurious and I hope to see it for myself. I fancy the small balcony pools.
