They say the secret to a man’s heart is his belly… butcher Anthony Bowness believes he has just the gift for that hungry loved one – a bouquet made out of meat.

We have seen it done before with bacon, but not with a dozen hand-made buds of steak, each carefully sculpted using mouth-watering cuts of tender sirloin.

“I get asked every year what I’d like for Valentine’s Day and I never know what to suggest. Soppy cards aren’t really my thing and it got me thinking about what I could make for other men out there like me. I mean if you can make a dress from meat, then why not a bunch of roses?”

It’s the thought that counts…this is thinking at it’s best!
