It is a 6’4″ tall,300-pound, edible Storm Trooper…. or as some like to call it, ‘the mother of all Star Wars cakes’.

Weighing in at 300 pounds and sliced up for 600 Arisia Sci-Fi Convention attendees, the Stormtrooper cake took Amanda and a team of nine two weeks to design, create and assemble.

Created by Amanda Oakleaf Cakes, the legs are made out of Rice Krispies to keep the entire guy from toppling over. Amanda’s cake blog says that they also had to invent new ways of holding its fondant vertically over time and figure out how to put it together in modular pieces.
