Bizarre Vacuum Sealed Fresh Love Couples

How does one define art? Well if your Japanese artist Photographer Hal, it’s done through these freakishly bizarre photographs of real couples in vacuum-sealed plastic bags which he considers to be the ultimate union…Aptly called ‘Fresh Love.’

If that alone wasn’t enough to make your head shake, apparently the couples are without oxygen for 10 seconds, just long enough for him to snap three photos.

“I am currently seeking new dimensions in portrait photography by challenging the majestic theme of mankind, defined through love.”
