Black Pig Bacon Piggy Pops
This little piggy is going straight into my mouth.
Created by Chefs Duskie Eskes and John Stewart, Piggy Pops lollipops are made with copious amounts of sweet-salty bits of their black pig bacon, which is dry-cured with brown sugar before smoking. The bacon is enrobed in caramel toffee, which hardens to the consistency of rock sugar, before the back of the piggy is dipped into dark chocolate.
Black pig in dark chocolate…Yup! ($4 a pop)
