You have to be kidding me…In sticking with today’s animal theme, a Chinese farmer claims that one of his sheep gave birth to a puppy dog. Vets contend it’s impossible, but as you can see, the dog is covered in wool like a lamb but the animal’s mouth, nose, eyes, paws and tail all resemble that of a dog’s.

According to this freak of nature’s owner, Mr Liu, he found the bizarre animal after it was born on his fields:

“I was herding the sheep, and saw a sheep licking her newborn lamb on the grassland. The lamb was still wet. When I went up close to check on the lamb I was shocked because it looked so weird, like a cross between a sheep and a dog.”

To make this story even more ridiculous, a researcher at Xi’an City Animal Husbandry Technology Center chimed in on the story saying that it was likely the animal is just an abnormal lamb. Oh for heaven’s sake, it’s a duck.

I think I’m going to stop grooming my poodle and tell people she’s a lamb… so much easier. This is GENIUS!
