This is the life, luxury condo living at its finest. What looks like a sculpture in the sky and possibly to good to be true is an actual luxury residential condominium project, from the Forum Group aptly called Atmosphere.

The project, located in Kolkata, India will consist of two massive towers and suspended between them, at a height of 500 feet, is ‘Deya’ (means cloud in Bengali), an iconic piece of public art that will be used as an exclusive club for the residents. It goes without saying, that Deya will be one of the most expensive clubs in India, and will feature multiple swimming pools, a gym, a spa, squash courts and a badminton court, a jogging track, a mini cinema theater, open-air party deck, an amphitheater, and multiple lounges and spaces for smaller gatherings.

The structure will span more than 320 feet in width, 55,000 square feet in usable space and will have a silver lining featuring 15,000 kinetic discs on its surface to keep it glowing.

The two towers, between which the structure will be suspended, are part of the residential condominium called Atmosphere’ for 80 families only. “Atmosphere is designed like villas in the sky with large open hanging gardens with each apartment. It is designed to cater to the needs of those families that seek to make their own bungalows on small plots of land. Each villa will have its own exclusive lift and lobby,” says managing director Rahul Saraf.

The project is scheduled to completed in 30 months.
