The FREEDOM360 – Reinventing the Forklift
Developed in the 1920’s and virtually unchanged since, the forklifts has been a staple in the work place environment ever since, but deserves a much needed facelift…Enter the FREEDOM360, which claims to offer a more efficient way to lift and transport materials.
Unlike the unchanged original design of the forklift, the FREEDOM360 can be rotated horizontally, as each part can turn independently of the others.
Because the unit does not require a turning cycle, it is able to work in extremely tight spaces. An added touchscreen gives the driver simplicity while controlling the vehicle.
Developed by Xinglei Yao and winner of red dot: best of the best, the FREEDOM360 will bring a much needed change to the work space environment.
