Tons of microbrews have been doing this for years and they've been doing it to kegs. The idea of getting more beer for your money because "head is kept at a minimum" is ridiculous. A monkey could pour a hefeweizen with no head at all but that not the point and thats not how you pour a god damned beer. I don't doubt that Bud and Coors will find a way to make this gimmick work at stadiums and Buffalo Wild Wings nationwide, I just doubt that this is any more significant to the future of beer than the dump full of IPA I take in the morning will be.
