Say hello to the Goldplus Nano, the first pure gold jewellery car. To celebrate 5, 000 years of Indian jewellery Goldplus, the jewellery division of Titan Industries, is planning on embellishing the Tata Nano, the world’s cheapest car, with gold and jewels.

A design competition was organized and finally, three designs for the Goldplus Nano were selected by an internal team from Titan Industries. The three designs were named Goldplus Nano 1, Goldplus Nano 2 and Goldplus Nano 3. The one which receives the most number of public votes will be produced.

Unfortunately, for all you collectors, the car will not be available for sale. According to Mr C.K. Venkataraman, Titan Industries COO, “This priceless car will be a single unit as a symbol of our precision capabilities and will serve as a memento and not for sale”.

However, I bet if the price was right, they would sell it. Which one would you vote for?
