The Sexy Halo Intersceptor – a Car, Helicopter, Jet Plane and Boat all rolled into one

Created by British designer Philip Pauley, the Halo Intersceptor isn’t just about the looks. In fact it isn’t about being a car either, you see, the Interceptor is a car, helicopter, jet plane and boat all rolled into one neat little package.

From the driver’s dashboard, the driver can choose from one of three ‘Halo’ attachments, which will morph into one of three vehicles.

1. Halo 46 – turns the car into a helicopter that seats four (two pilots and two passengers).

2. Halo 22 – is a 36-foot-long powerboat with a race-bred double hull and an engine you can throttle up to 63 knots

3. Halo 120 – turns the vehicle into a hot little private jet that climbs 25,890 feet a minute and has the martial good looks of a tomcat.

Although it may look like an interesting gimmick for a video game, Philip Pauley insists this is going to be a reality.

“The Halo Intersceptor project is a roadmap for boundary pushing Auto Manufacturers to follow,” he writes. “You will see a shift towards this type of design by all sports models within the next decade.”
